The Level 1-3 Parkour Fitness Specialist certification courses provide an insight into these fundamental concepts and constant exposure to the practice that surrounds them and present a new yet very old way of understanding how the human body is best developed, refined and improved for movement in any environment.
The courses condense the agility, mobility and practical strength concepts of parkour into a training paradigm that fitness professionals can then apply within their own training programs.
Completion of the Parkour Fitness Specialist courses certifies the candidate to deliver the Parkour Fitness concepts within a physical training environment.
Upon completion of the Parkour Fitness Specialist Level 1 and Level 2 Certifications, instructors can then progress upon continuing professional development paths by attending single day development courses to further their knowledge and skills within functional fitness training.
